Favorite Web 2.0 WordPress Theme Designs
TweetNot every site should follow the crowd into the Web 2.0 design scheme, but if your site needs to get away from the 1999 design look, it wouldn’t hurt to get an instant modernization by choosing a Web 2.0 WordPress theme design. The 7 themes listed below are ones that I think most exemplify what is commonly thought of as a Web 2.0 design. Choosing any of these will immediately bring your musty old site into the modern world. (Just click on a theme’s image to go grab it for yourself).
With the perfect mix of Web 2.0 colors and big fonts, Rockin Web 2.0 is my favorite.

Webby Blue is a close second with its 2.0 color scheme. You can also get this baby in a green version, and more colors will be available later.

What can I say? Twilight hits the same notes with its 2.0 color scheme.

The only reason Glossy Blue is down this far in the list is because it doesn’t utilize rounded corners. The rectangular-ness of the design sets it back in time just a tad.

If you just barely want to dip your toes into the 2.0 look and feel, this Digg theme might be right for you. It’s a bit on the conservative side, but throws in a few modern touches for those sites not wanting to shout out their presence.

Webby Blue is looking better than any other, nice collection though.
Great selection of themes. I’ve been wanting to change my theme to a 3 column version & would like to have my archives on a seperate page or in a dropdown menu to save space & to look tidier.
