I wish it was a road crew of some sort that did it. Then I'd know who to go grab and force them to dig yet another hole, or pound another metal thingamabob into the ground. Set up a camera and catch them in the act. Funny though, b/c where I live, it's the snow plow drivers that always take out like 10 mailboxes in a row.
