I’ve got a Joost invite for you!

If you are one of the handful of people who actually read this blog, this is your lucky day! If you’d like to be a beta tester of Joost, just let me know your email address. I’ll send you an invitation to be one of the first to use Joost.

Oh! What is Joost, you ask? Well, it’s a really cool new service that will allow you to watch TV on your PC or MAC, without any special TV tuner card gizmos (though you do need a modern computer with a little oomph). Plus it’s got all the social media goodness built in so you can chat with friends while watching a show, and rate the shows while you watch them.

If you don’t want to leave your email address here in the comments, you’ll just have to hunt me down via forums or private email. If you read this blog, you probably know where to find me.

Just so anyone wanting to ask knows, Joost, unfortunately for stone-agers such as myself, will not run on Windows 2000 or earlier. Kind of a bummer.
